A number of activities on training and development of employees happens at Centroid. Every Saturday 3 hours session is spent where employees showcase their skill sets on a research topic picked up from the books, Information on live projects design presentations are shared, Training on Design related subjects is taken.
Every individual at Centroid are trained in the design process and to access their capabilities, this weblog would be a platform to share thoughts and the presentations.
